The staff at Lumina has been exceptional! Wendy and Hugh in the Sales Office are top notch and really work with their clients to produce a quality outcome. All the staff you meet there greet you with happy, inspired outreach. The amenities are top of the line and the units are gorgeous. I would not hesitate to recommend buying or renting in this beautiful building. Also, a very pet friendly building for us animal lovers :)

Stellar amenities, fantastic design, and great overall living space. There is tons of open space and room as well. Additionally, the large windows in each residence allow for ample natural light and fantastic views of the city/water. Having valet parking, a gym, a pool, a spa, and a living roof with fireplaces is also a huge plus!

After much searching, I found LUMINA to be the only new construction condo building in San Francisco that satisfies my high class, luxury lifestyle at this time. The amenities are second to none, and the location is excellent. I bought with the future in mind - the transbay bus station across the street will soon be converted to a park and the new caltrain station nearby will position this property in the prime location for the Embarcadero area.
